HHH Hash Trash 11th January 2007

2008 - an Interhash year and a new year of promise for well-set trails, interesting territory and long on-ons.

Will this week's trail fulfil our wishes, or will Urang offer the same old dross?

Having spent some time in Hobart, our hare now knows how not to set trail and so we set forth for Ridgley (not Forth), looking for signs as we leave the outskirts of this bustling metropolis.  The on-on will be removed to the U-Ray household, where gathering hashers can marvel at jobs unfinished for thirty years.  It's really just like visiting Ringo and Dini's!

Bring a hat, mug, friend, joke and $10 for bucket and tucker; bring extra cash for Knickers raffle of cast-off Christmas presents.

BUGGERY* AT BOTHWELL (*golf buggery, that is)

The committee and members at Royal and Ancient St. Gisperts invites visiting professionals to its fifth club championships, to be held at Bothwell on Saturday 19th January 2007.

Challengers are to meet in regulation attire at Queens Park for a noon tee off.
After a quick flog around the course, members and guests will assemble at the 19th hole for some libation and a repast of your own making.

Those who may be staying for the final round on Sunday and travelling more than an hour's buggy ride from R&A St. Gisperts may choose to withdraw to the clubhouse for an evening meal and engage in general banter, before retiring early to the lodgings of your choice.

Greens fee is by way of 10p, payable to the Hon. Treasurer on arrival.
