The days are getting longer and it's time to tune up those bodies for the summer. That's why all Burnie hashers are to head to the Penguin Sports Centre on Ironcliffe Road at 3:30pm this Sunday for GonZo's boot camp.
After some gentle warm ups (getting out of the car), you'll be subjected to a gruelling 5km hike while carrying your spare tyre, followed by a warm down of elbow curls using 10oz Boags weights.
Afterwards, hashers head to a local health food eatery for some carbohydrate loading. Bring hat, mug, joke, friend and cash for food and bucket. Bring extra cash to be ripped off by Hash Hawker Chunder.
