Since 2003, Harriettes have claimed one day as their own by staging special hash events in all corners of the globe when the day, month and year all bear the same number.
This year, Harriettes (joined by some of the ugliest and hairiest women imaginable) will gather in three Tasmanian centres.
In the NW of the state, Burnie H3 will host a frock up from Oakleigh Park in Burnie. Cost is $15, which covers enough chocolate and champers to get you through menopause.
In Launceston there's a progressive dinner hash, starting at BallPoint's house and finishing in Puss In Boots' bed. Well, that's where she's finishing.
In Hobart, Tasmania's only all-girl hash club, Hobart Hash Harem, is celebrating its 555th run from the Marquis of Hastings pub, starting at 7:00pm. The theme is 999 tu tu 555 and cost is $20.
