Despite a declining population, the geographical perimeter of the City of Burnie appears to be expanding faster than Grizzly’s waistline!
Not satisfied with recent expansions into Spreyton and Port Sorel, Burnie has lifted up its outskirts and plonked them down well into LH3 and LH4 territory.
This week’s BURNIE trail is being set Giggles and Boomboom in the leafy suburb of Grindelwald, a mere 90 minutes drive from the Burnie CBD. The brunch trail starts at 10:30am from 4 Pleasant Hills Drive, Grindelwald.
Bring: Hat, mug, joke, friend, $10, raffle change, extra drinks.
Hashers looking to extend their time exploring Burnie’s new eastern boundary can head along to the Open Hash House from 7.30pm Saturday 30th - byo grog and sleeping bag.
